Monique Alston is an entrepreneur, mentor, manager, life and business coach. Her success is a reflection of her continuous work ethic and commitment to the community. As a music executive and manager she made a name for herself in Florida. Eventually becoming a national figure in Southern Hip Hop. Organizing some of the biggest concerts in the biggest venues with the biggest names on the line up placing her in a category of her own.

Monique has taken her influence and used it to provide a constant support for those less fortunate. Whether it’s helping with housing, school clothes and supplies or helping at risk youth find gainful employment. Monique has exceeded all expectations except her own. She even started the program “We Trade Resumes For Guns” all while being part of the organization Daughter 2 Daughter as well. Whether providing financial literacy or feeding the homeless, Monique is dedicated to building leaders in her community.

She finds herself most comfortable behind  the cameras and behind the scenes. Building careers for some of the most talented artists in the southern region. Even her social media influence and business savvy has paid off tremendously for the growth in Southern music. Being a mother, grandmother and foster parent has taught her the value of investing into our youth and the need for creating a path way to success for the next generation.
